Boxes of glistening marzipan fruits have become a traditional sight at Christmas. What you may not realise though is that it is surprisingly easy to make your own. With the aid of a few highly technical tools such as a cheese grater and the end of a paintbrush you can create realistic fruits that you could give away as gifts.
In this class you’ll learn how to create miniature marzipan apples, pears, oranges, bananas, strawberries, lemons and plums. You will also receive a gift box to take your sugary delicacies home in.
This class is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.
