My latest project featured in the May 2017 issue of “Cake Decoration & Sugarcraft” Magazine is this hamster in his ball. The ball is made out of gelatine formed over a balloon and the sawdust is simply grated sugarpaste. .

Easter Bunny Cake

This is my Easter Bunny and Chicks cake from the April 2017 issue of “Cake Decoration & Sugarcraft” Magazine. The sugarpaste basket weave effect around the side of the cake is both fast and easy to create. You simply twist two strands of sugarpaste together and wind around the side of the cake.
